Starlink in Ukraine can be used by anyone now
The regulator of electronic communications, radio frequency spectrum, and the provision of postal services (NCEK) has allowed Starlink terminals to be used by all categories of users, not just critical infrastructure.
According to the information for the period of martial law, the use of subscriber satellite terminals of the SpaceX Starlink system is allowed to all categories of users. Also, it is allowed to make changes to the Plan for the use of the radio frequency resource of Ukraine to regulate the operating conditions of the SpaceX Starlink system on the territory of Ukraine.
