State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported on the liberation of the border town in Kharkiv region
Vovchansk, the border town in Kharkiv region, is liberated, informed State Border Guard Service of Ukraine on September 13, 2022.
Vovchansk is located 3 kilometers from the border with Russia. The city was occupied on the first day of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
