State Emergency Service of Ukraine continues to handle consequences of the Russian attack

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine continues to handle the aftermath of the Russian attack. According to SES information, since Jan. 14, 2023, SES units have made 135 visits to mitigate the consequences of Russian shelling of settlements and infrastructure facilities and eliminated 12 fires. Psychological assistance was provided to 215 people.

The elimination of three separate centers of smoldering in the rubble of Dnipro continues. Preliminarily, 72 apartments were destroyed, and more than 230 apartments were damaged. Four tents from the SES and two tents from volunteers have been installed (food is provided). Psychologists of SES provided assistance to 40 victims. Search and rescue operations and dismantling of dangerous structural elements continue. Public utilities have removed more than 3,900 tons of construction debris and 39 damaged vehicles.

Rescuers managed to save a woman whose voice they heard during a minute of silence in a house destroyed by Russian shelling in Dnipro. The works continue without breaks.

The whole world knows about Ukrainian rescuers thanks to their selfless work. We thank everyone involved in rescuing Ukrainians who suffered from Russian armed aggression.
