“Stefania express”Ukrainian Railways renamed a train route to honor the winning song of Kalush Orchestra at Eurovision

Ukrainian Railways renamed the train from Kyiv to Ivano-Frankivsk “Stefania Express.”

“Our train #43, Kyiv — Ivano-Frankivsk, that stops in the town of Kalush, would be officially renamed “Stefania Express” in the 2022 schedule. Railway stations in Kyiv, Frankivsk, and Kalush will welcome the train by Eurovision song Stefania,” said Ukrainian Railways Chief Executive Officer, Oleksandr Kamyshin.

“By the way, this will be the first train in the world named after a mother,” he added.
