The anniversary of the liberation of the Kyiv region from the temporary occupation by the Russian invaders

The liberation of the Kyiv Region became a representation of Ukraine’s ability to defeat the Russian invasion. Kyiv Regional Military Administration posted a video on Telegram commemorating the anniversary of the region’s liberation.

“Our cities have evolved into Cities of Heroes — specific individuals who showed bravery and supported one another and the state through difficult times. The liberation of the Kyiv Region came to represent Ukraine’s ability to win this war. Having won the battle for Kyiv, we also won the war for Ukraine, establishing it as a sovereign independent nation,” as seen in Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
