The Czech Republic supports the creation of a special tribunal over top Russian leadership for war crimes in Ukraine

Jan Lipavský, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, stated that his county wants a special criminal tribunal to be established to try the highest Russian political leadership for crimes in Ukraine.
“Any political leadership of a country must be held accountable when it starts a war,” he wrote on Twitter.
Czech Minister of Foreign Affairs criticized those who called on Kyiv to start peace talks with Russia. “Russia only understands force,” Lipavský explained.
