The law on e-residency, which will allow foreigners to conduct business and pay taxes online, has taken effect in Ukraine, making it the first country in Eastern Europe to do so

With the implementation of the e-residency law, foreign IT workers will be able to open their businesses in Ukraine and submit their taxes online. The Ministry of Digital Transformation’s press office released this information.

According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, international IT specialists will be able to open their businesses in Ukraine and pay taxes to the government online if all the additional legislative framework is approved.
