The missile targeting Volyn was launched from Belarus
The missile strike on Lutsk was carried out from the territory of Belarus.
The cruise missile was flying at a low altitude, and radars could not detect it.
The Head of the Volyn Regional Military Administration Yurii Pohuliaiko: Rescuers are still working at the site of the missile strike. There is no information about casualties, according to preliminary data.
