The proceeds from the sale of Maria Prymachenko’s painting were used to purchase 125 vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Serhiy Prytula, a Ukrainian showman and well-known volunteer, announced on Facebook that he had purchased 125 cars for Ukrainian defenders for $500,000 from the sale of Maria Prymachenko’s painting.

“Every time I see another convoy of “Prymachenko buses” heading towards our defenders, I remember the good man who bought the painting at the auction, the couple of collectors who donated the painting to our fund, and everyone else who helped with the auction I will remember for the rest of my life. It enabled us to contract 125 VW T5 buses. 13 more buses came from this batch.”
