The restoration of Kyiv’s St. Andrew’s Church won a prize for cultural heritage

The restoration of Kyiv’s St. Andrew’s Church won the European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards 2022’s in the category “Protection of cultural heritage and its adaptive reuse. The restoration process of the church was completed in three phases starting in 2009. The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine informed about this on its Facebook page.

30 initiatives from 18 different European countries achieved honors in five categories in the realm of cultural heritage.
