The Russian Army will be annihilated in case any nuclear attack against Ukraine

Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, stated that any nuclear attack against Ukraine would create an answer.

“Not a nuclear answer, but such a powerful answer from the military side that the Russian Army will be annihilated,” stated Borrell.

“This is a serious moment in the history, and we have to show our unity, and our strength, and our determination,” he added.
