The total value of the damaged and destroyed objects in Ukraine during the first 14 days of the war can amount to $54.3 billion

During the two weeks of the war, at least 200 educational institutions, 30 health care facilities, 8 churches, 1,600 residential buildings, 19 office buildings, 23 factories and storages, 5 power stations have been damaged or completely destroyed. Also, over 15,000 km of roads, 5,000 km of railways, 12 airports, 350 bridges and bridge crossings were destroyed or disabled. The total value of these objects in case of complete destruction is estimated to be up to UAH 1.5 trillion or $54.3 billion. This figure doesn’t take into account the cost of dismantling and rebuilding the destroyed buildings and structures.
