“The United States is determined to assist Ukraine in the efforts that it’s making to regain the territory that’s been seized from it”
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken reaffirmed Washington’s enduring support for Ukraine and for its efforts to defend its territorial integrity, its sovereignty, and its independence in his call with Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba.
“We are determined to assist Ukraine in the efforts that it’s making to regain the territory that’s been seized from it, and I reaffirmed that commitment,” Blinken said.
Also, U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has said that Ukraine currently has much of the capability for achieving success in its potential counteroffensive operation.
“They [Ukrainians] have much of the capability that they need to continue to be successful. We’ve trained an enormous number of troops. We have provided a substantial number of platforms,” Austin said.
