The United States will provide $13.6 billion in emergency aid for Ukraine

The U.S. Congress approved a $13.6 billion emergency package for Ukraine. The humanitarian section of the package amounts to $4 billion to help displaced refugees, including $2.5 billion for the USAID to provide food and health care support, and $1.4 billion for migration and refugee assistance. The defense assistance of more than $6.5 billion will be given to Ukraine and American allies in the Baltics and CEE. Another $1.8 billion is to respond to macroeconomic needs in Ukraine and its neighbors, including energy and cybersecurity efforts.
