The United States will provide Ukraine with Boston Dynamics Robo Dog for demining

As the Foreign Policy reported, the US Army will provide Ukraine with a ‘Spot’ robot from Boston Dynamics for demining.

HALO Trust — Organization of life support in dangerous areas — will use ‘Spot’ for demining the area around Kyiv, said Chris Whatley, the group’s executive director.

This non-governmental organization conducts humanitarian demining — eliminates the threat of explosive remnants of war: finds explosive objects, marks areas, draws up maps, and clears unexploded munitions, including mine traps, in former combat zones.
