The US will stand with the people of Ukraine for as long as it takes

The US will continue to punish Russia for its war crimes and atrocities in Ukraine, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said during a press briefing.

“We will continue to impose costs on Russia, hold them accountable, and — for its war crimes and its atrocities, and providing Ukraine with security, economic, and humanitarian assistance,” stated Karine Jean-Pierre on October 17, 2022.
