The Russian-Ukrainian war has been going on for more than a month, taking away the most precious things — the lives and well-being of Ukrainian citizens. The world is helping Ukraine in this struggle for freedom and independence, for saving as many lives as possible.

Millions of dollars from concerned people from all over the world go to the accounts of organizations and initiatives that work to provide Ukraine with humanitarian, medical and other assistance. 

Nevertheless, it is important that these donations reach the accounts of organizations as soon as possible and bypass the bureaucratic mechanisms that take time, and with it — reduce the chances of saving the lives of Ukrainian citizens.

For example, in recent days, the situation with the deliberate non-use of funds raised from donations of caring people for the needs of Ukraine by the International Committee of the Red Cross has become widely known.

In addition, the initiative of the International Committee of the Red Cross to create a camp for Ukrainian refugees in Russia, which actually means creating a concentration camp for Ukrainians, raised many doubts about the organization’s integrity and its commitment to protecting people from the devastating effects of war.

The We Are Ukraine team supports the whole conscious world in the fact that funding organizations with a dubious reputation during the war is wrong and irrational, and in no way brings Ukraine closer to victory and does not save the lives of Ukrainians.
