The EU condemns Russia’s military actions near the Zaporizhzhia NPP, Josep Borrell, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, said on Twitter.

“This is a serious and irresponsible violation of nuclear safety rules and another example of Russia’s disregard for international norms. The IAEA must gain access,” he tweeted.
