Three Russian missiles struck downtown Vinnytsia, hitting civilian infrastructure. Multiple casualties reported

Russian missiles struck the central Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia on Thursday morning, July 14, 2022. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as of 4.40 p.m., 21 people killed, including three children, and 50 wounded, about 25 vehicles were burnt.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has posted about the strike on Vinnytsia on Telegram.
“Vinnytsia. Rocket strikes in the city center. There are wounded and dead, among them a small child. Every day, Russia destroys the civilian population, kills Ukrainian children, and targets civilian objects with its rockets, not military objects. What is this, if not an open act of terrorism? Inhumans. A killer country. A terrorist country,” said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
His message is accompanied by a video showing the aftermath of the strike: smoke rising from buildings as debris litter the roads and emergency services rush to the scene.
