To defame Zelenskyy, Russian special services produced a bogus website
According to the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Russian special services have created a fake Internet portal aimed at discrediting President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Western Europe.
Thus, on September 7, 2022, such a site appeared for the German audience. It was supposed to be launched on September 30, 2022.
“There is neither information about this Internet platform on the official resources of the Presidential Office of Ukraine, no statements by Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
In addition, the site has signs of a fraudulent resource created to misappropriate funds under the guise of a fund to help Ukraine. The project resembles a classic pyramid scheme.
We call on Ukrainians and the international community not to trust Russian fakes and to take into account information exclusively from the official pages of the President of Ukraine and the Office of the Head of State,” the message from the official Facebook account of the Office of the President of Ukraine reads.
