“Today we are all Ukrainians. Your flag is our flag now.”

Prime Minister of Slovenia Robert Golob spoke in Ukrainian during his visit to Bucha on the anniversary of its liberation from Russian invaders.

“Let me say it loud and clear that it was not right for Russia to attack Ukraine. The argument of power cannot and must not never overwhelm the power of argument,” Golob said, condemning Russian aggression against Ukraine and condemning those killed in the invasion.

“Today we are all Ukrainians. Your flag is our flag now. In Slovenia, we hang it in front of all state institutions. Today we are more connected than ever,” he said in Ukrainian.
