tviyDimKharkivBot: A tool that reports on the state of housing in Kharkiv

Sigma and Idea Soft companies, commissioned by the Kharkiv authorities, have developed a chatbot that helps Kharkiv residents find out about the condition of their homes. The tool enables the citizens to assess the damage and get information on the availability of gas, electricity, and water supply.

“After a simple registration, you will be able to find out whether your home has been damaged. If so — how bad it is. Whether the house has a connection to electricity, water, and gas networks. Having obtained the data, you will be able to make an informed decision — to return to Kharkiv or not,” Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov commented.
