Two Ukrainian rescuers killed while eliminating the aftermath of Russian shelling on February 27, 2023

“Today, the team of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs lost two rescuers: 21-year-old Vladyslav Dvorak and 31-year-old Serhii Sevruk. Together with their colleagues from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, they were eliminating the consequences of a Russian drone attack in Khmelnytskyy region last night [on Feb. 27, 2023]. And then the Russians attacked again. Deliberately at our unarmed heroes. Two of them were killed. Three more rescuers were wounded. Now doctors are providing them with all the necessary assistance. The Ministry of Internal Affairs mourns with the families of the victims. We remember and appreciate our heroes. We are standing,” Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko said.
