U.S. astronaut Scott Kelly will help in fundraising for ambulances for Ukraine

American astronaut and former U.S. Navy captain Scott Kelly has joined Ukrainian governmental United24 fundraising platform. He will develop the “Medical aid” direction, and the first project will be fundraising for Type C ambulance vehicles, as the official website of the Ukrainian President informs. Scott Kelly has pledged to purchase the 1st vehicle by himself.

“Honored to be named an Ambassador of United24, and for the opportunity to talk with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy today about our joint mission to raise funds for ambulances in support of Ukraine,” Scott Kelly wrote on Twitter.
