UK Defense Secretary visited Ukraine again and pledged more support
UK State Secretary for Defense Ben Wallace has paid a secret visit to Kyiv this week to discuss increasing military aid to Ukraine.
“Delighted to have visited my good friend Oleksii Reznikov in Kyiv this week to discuss more military aid and help to Ukraine. Our support to their fight against Russian aggression goes from strength to strength and will continue all through 2023 and beyond!” he wrote in a tweet and also stressed that the UK will never recognize the annexation of Ukrainian regions.
“Every visit of Ben Wallace to Ukraine brings good news to the battlefield. NLAWs, armored vehicles, Starstreaks and Brimstones, UK-led Ukrainian recruits training program…What’s next? We have some good ideas to discuss today,” Ukrainainian Minister of Defense Oleksii Reznikov commented on Wallace’s visit.
