UK stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Ukraine

The UK Foreign Secretary, James Cleverly, has paid the first visit to Ukraine since his appointment.

On November 25, 2022, Cleverly met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba. The British Foreign Secretary has announced the UK will send 24 ambulances to Ukraine. Also, the further 11 emergency vehicles, including six armored vehicles, will be part of the emergency package.

“Words are not enough. Words won’t keep the lights on this winter. Words won’t defend against Russian missiles. The UK isn’t just talking about Ukraine; we’re providing concrete support for the defense of Ukraine,” wrote Cleverly on Twitter while on a visit to Ukraine.
