“Ukraine can continue to rely on the support of the Czech Republic”

Newly elected President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, assured his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy that his country would continue to support Ukraine.
“I would like to thank President Zelenskyy for his congratulations on the Czech presidential election results and his invitation to visit Kyiv. In our phone call today, I assured him that Ukraine can continue to rely on the support of the Czech Republic,” Pavel wrote on Twitter.
Petr Pavel is a former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee who has recently become the fourth president of the Czech Republic, receiving 58.32% of the votes.
