Ukraine controls approximately 45% of Donetsk region

Ukraine still controls approximately 45% of the Donetsk region, according to the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko.

“The enemy’s offensive actions are not successful… The enemy’s offensive efforts continue in the main critical directions, namely the Bakhmut and Avdiivka directions, where the enemy has been advancing for several weeks, prolonging, as they say, the deadlines for reaching the administrative borders of Donetsk region. However, their actions are ineffective,” Kyrylenko explained.
