Ukraine enters Top 20 most influential countries in the world, according to the Global Soft Power Index 2023

Ukraine is ranked 19th by its influence and 37th in the overall Global Soft Power Index 2023.

“Thanks to the successful use of diplomatic tools, Ukraine entered the 20 most influential countries in the world. Last year, Ukraine ranked 45th in the ranking of influence. According to the recognition indicator, Ukraine rose from 47th to 14th place,” Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry reports.

The Global Soft Power Index incorporates a broad range of measures, which in combination provide a balanced and holistic assessment of nations’ presence, reputation, and impact on the world stage.
