Ukraine has the ability and right to restore its own borders as of 1991

U.S. State Department spokesman Matthew Miller stated Ukraine has the ability and right to restore its sovereignty within the internationally recognized borders as of 1991, Ukrinform reports.

“We believe that Ukraine has the ability and has the right, and we support Ukraine in defending its sovereignty and its territorial integrity,” he added.
