Ukraine has the right to self-defense, and we have the right to defend them

In reaction to Russia’s aggressive war, Norway will supply Ukraine with €7.5 billion in military, economic, and humanitarian assistance over the next five years. According to Ukrinform, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre stated this during a panel discussion at the Munich Security Conference.
“When confronted with a full-scale war of aggression, there is just one option. This is a strong military statement: we will protect ourselves, and we will assist Ukraine in self-defense. Ukraine has the right to self-defense, and we have the right to defend them. Norway has consistently supported the Ukrainians’ fight since the beginning of the Russian invasion. We recently unveiled a five-year assistance program for Ukraine. We plan to invest 7.5 billion euros in it over the next five years. In the military sphere, through economic and humanitarian assistance. This is our response,” stated Norway’s prime minister.
