Ukraine liberated more territory in a few days than Russian forces have captured in all their operations since April 2022

Sunday, September 11, 2022, marks 200 days after the start of Russia’s full-scale armed invasion of Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Ukraine continues to push a major counteroffensive in Kharkiv region. Institute for the Study of War stated that Ukrainian counteroffensive actions are routing Russian forces and collapsing Russia’s northern Donbas axis.

“Ukrainian forces have penetrated Russian lines to a depth of up to 70 kilometers in some places,” the Institute for Study of War stated in its latest report and highlighted that in the last five days, Ukraine retook more territory than Russia had occupied since April 2022.
