Ukraine presented playlists with Ukrainian music for European radio stations
The music editions of Radio Kultura and Radio Promin presented thematic playlists with Ukrainian music to the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). The selected lists included top compositions of modern Ukrainian music in the style of rock, pop, folk, and jazz.
“The European Broadcasting Union has announced an initiative to broadcast Ukrainian music on European radio stations — and the first music radio Promin in collaboration with Radio Kultura created these lists. EBU is ready to support Ukraine by scrolling through our tracks and talking about artists. Each music track is accompanied by information about the bands and the artists: who they are, where the band comes from. I especially emphasized that the place of origin of the musicians should be indicated. As a result, the selection presents almost all regions of Ukraine and reflects the general mood of Europe in support of Ukraine,” said Radio Promin executive producer Maksym Yakovenko.
