Ukraine received water and hygiene supplies from UNICEF
On October 14, 2022, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) delivered water supply and hygiene equipment to Ukraine.
The supplies will help meet the urgent needs of approximately 3 million war-affected people. The aid will be directed to meet the needs of the population in 19 regions of Ukraine.
The assistance includes mobile water tanks on truck chassis, water treatment plants, mobile pumps, generators, and additional water, sanitation, and hygiene-related items.
