Ukraine recorded 2,000 cases of damage to its environment committed by Russia since the full-scale invasion started

Since February 24, 2022, almost 2,000 cases of damage to the environment of Ukraine committed by the Russian Federation troops have been recorded, as the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine reports.
“Since the beginning of the large-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, we have been recording all the crimes of the invader against the environment to make him pay in full for what he has done to the Ukrainian people,” the message reads.
The Ministry of Environment calculated 395 billion in damage caused by the Russians to the ecology of Ukraine.
