Ukraine returned the bodies of 33 fallen defenders
Ukraine returned home the bodies of 33 fallen heroes who gave their lives defending Ukraine.
The operation was conducted in cooperation with the Commissioner on Persons Gone Missing under Special Circumstances Oleg Kotenko and several law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
In total, 696 bodies have been returned since the Commissionerʼs Office started its work.
