Ukraine shot down more than 220 kamikaze drones over the past month

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have shot down 223 Iranian-manufactured Shahed-136 kamikaze drones over the past 36 days, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.

“Since the moment the first Iranian-manufactured Shahed-136 suicide drone was shot down within the territory of Ukraine (September 13, 2022, Kupiansk), the Air Force’s Anti-Aircraft Defense units and other units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces have destroyed 223 UAVs of that type,” the report reads.
