Ukraine will not agree to a frozen conflict with Russia — President of Ukraine
“We will not go to a frozen conflict. I came to the presidency when there was Minsk-1, Minsk-2. There were respective documents that were violated, so I can say that these documents were not serious. However, there were arrangements on paper. It was a frozen conflict. I am against it. We will definitely not have such a document,” President of Ukraine Zelenskyy stressed.
According to him, Ukraine did not withdraw from the Minsk agreements, unlike Russia, which did so after Vladimir Putin announced a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. “Ukraine will definitely not go into such a diplomatic swamp again,” Zelenskyy added.
