Ukraine’s entire oil refining industry has come to a halt due to Russia’s targeted rocket attacks

According to Yurii Vitrenko, the Chairman of the Board of the national joint-stock company Naftogaz of Ukraine: “Unfortunately, these strikes actually started during the very first days of the war… All oil refining in Ukraine is currently at a standstill due to massive and repeated attacks by the Russian aggressor, and it is difficult to provide logistics [to supply] oil products to the Ukrainian market, which is leading to shortages.”
