Ukraine’s most famous cat Stepan gathered $10,000 to help Ukrainian animals

Stepan, a 13-year-old Ukrainian cat with over a million followers on Instagram, gathered money to help zoos and Ukrainian organizations helping animals during the war.

A cat and its owner Anna fled from war-torn Kharkiv several weeks ago and found refuge in France.

Stepan is one of the most famous pets in the world. He became famous thanks to funny videos on TikTok where the cat poses near a glass of alcohol. His nonchalant expressions amused millions of TikTok users. Many celebrities like Britney Spears, Diane Kruger, and Hailey Bieber have shared Stepan’s photos and videos. In November, he appeared in an ad for Valentino.
