Ukraine’s stocks of basic products are almost back to pre-war levels

“Today we have almost reached the levels of basic food supplies that existed before the war. About 90% of the products on store shelves are products produced in Ukraine,” said Rostyslav Shurma, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
Over the past ten days up to April 22, 2022, some 97 large stores in the liberated territories of Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions have resumed their operations. Hundreds of large stores that closed due to the war will open next month, Shurma added.
