Ukrainian army liberated 11 localities in Luhansk region

Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, stated that the Ukrainian army had already liberated 11 localities in Luhansk region.

“The advancement of the Armed Forces is, but not as rapid as in other regions,” stated Haidai. He explained that Russian invaders continue to dig in, deploy reserves, and mine everything around.
