Ukrainian army liberated 13 settlements in Luhansk region
As of December 3, 2022, the Ukrainian army has de-occupied 13 settlements in Luhansk region, Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhii Haidai reports.
He said that Russian artillery had still been firing at the villages.
“Meter by meter, we still manage to liberate the territory of Luhansk region. 13 settlements under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is still dangerous everywhere because of the shelling,” Haidai said in his video address.
