Ukrainian army continues to keep Bakhmut, Donetsk region, under control and stabilize the front line around it, stated Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi.

According to him, it is currently the hottest in the Donetsk direction — Russia carries out up to 50 attacks a day there.

“We reliably hold the defense. In some areas of the front, we have managed to regain previously lost positions and gained a foothold,” stated Zaluzhnyi.
