Ukrainian artists created a comic book about Putin

Borys Filonenko and Danylo Shtangeiev created a comic book about Putin titled “How to Protect Yourself and Save Others When You Are a Terrorist Leader”. The cartoon mocked Putin’s speech on March 18, 2022, when the Russian president spoke to thousands of people in a large defensive structure.

“Oh, you started the war, you’re a war criminal and the leader of a terrorist state. You must select a structure through which to communicate with your citizens,” one of the illustrations says.

Instead, the project’s authors propose an insulator at the Hague tribunal as an alternative to the protective structure in the dungeons.
