Ukrainian athlete Iryna Dekha becomes the absolute champion of Europe in weightlifting for the third time in a row

Ukrainian weightlifter Iryna Dekha became the absolute champion of Europe in weightlifting for the third time in her career. She won gold in the weight category up to 81 kg at the continental tournament in Yerevan, Armenia.

In Armenia, the 26-year-old weightlifter defended her status as the absolute champion, having won the gold at two previous championships in 2022 and 2021. Thus, she is the absolute champion of Europe for the third year in a row.
