“Ukrainian bookshelf” has replenished the libraries of five European countries – First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska
The “Ukrainian bookshelf” has replenished the libraries of five European countries: Austria, the Netherlands, France, Latvia, and Greece, wrote the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska.
“The book is relevant, always. Ukrainian book abroad, especially because now it is a cultural bridge between the Ukrainians and their homeland. It forms the narrative of a free, modern Ukraine in the world,” said Zelenska.
According to her, today, on the Day of Publishers, Printing, and Book Distributors, she is happy to congratulate the industry and say that the Ukrainian Bookshelf added to the libraries of five European countries — the National Library of Austria, the Central Library in The Hague, the Georges Pompidou Center in France, Riga central library. Just in the process of opening a stand at the National Library of Greece. Visiting libraries is free, so now all Ukrainians will be able to read books in their native language.
