Ukrainian civilian vessel was seized near Zmiinyi Island
Hijacked by Russians rescue vessel Sapphire is being steered towards Sevastopol. The captain of Sapphire reported that there were “little green men” on board who kept the crew “at gunpoint”. The captain of the Russians arrived to assume the role of commander.
