Ukrainian defenders shoot down 14 Shahed drones in the south of Ukraine

According to Ukraine’s Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russians attacked Ukraine from the south with Iranian-made Shahed-136/131 attack drones overnight [on April 4, 2023], with Ukrainian air defense forces shooting down 14 kamikaze drones.

In total, up to 17 UAVs were likely launched from the eastern coast of the Sea of Azov.
