Ukrainian defenders shot down all drones launched by Russia in the 10th attack on Kyiv since early May

During the night attack, Ukraine’s Air Force destroyed all kamikaze drones launched by Russia in the 10th attack on Kyiv since the beginning of May.

On the night of May 19, 2023, Russian forces attacked Ukraine from the north and southeast with 26 Iranian-made Shahed attack drones and six cruise missiles. Ukraine’s Air Defense managed to shoot down 22 drones and three missiles.

In Kryvyi Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region), Russian strikes caused several fires that heavily damaged multiple buildings and injured two people. Explosions were also reported in Lviv, Rivne and Chernihiv regions.
